Everyone says the right things.<\/p>\n But a deep understanding of what a modern woman actually is, in her everyday life, is still far from our culture and routines.<\/p>\n While discussing this with friends, I suddenly saw something beyond the conversation.<\/p>\n We weren\u2019t looking in the right direction.<\/p>\n The role of women in society?<\/p>\n That\u2019s the has-been<\/em> question.<\/p>\n Let me tell you why: women, most of us, already know exactly what to do. And still, we keep asking:<\/p>\n How can we do better? Fuck.<\/p>\n Anyway, we\u2019re on the right path.<\/p>\n Continue peeling…<\/strong><\/p>\n Somewhere between two conversations, I noticed something.<\/p>\n In the eyes of the guys I was interviewing, there was always the same moment:<\/p>\n First: Then: Relief. Comfort. Control.<\/p>\n And I remember thinking:<\/p>\n What the fuck don\u2019t you have? It took me a few conversations, same reaction, same relief, to get it.<\/p>\n The question I was asking\u2026 is outdated.<\/p>\n It\u2019s not about women anymore.<\/p>\n It\u2019s about men.<\/p>\n What is the role of a man?<\/span><\/p>\n Because while women are busy evolving, men are still being raised for a world that is disappearing.<\/p>\n Provider. Sounds good.<\/p>\n But…What happens when none of that is required anymore?<\/p>\n What is the role of a man next to a woman who doesn\u2019t need him?<\/p>\n Not doesn\u2019t want<\/em>. Doesn\u2019t need<\/em>.<\/p>\n If she doesn\u2019t need him for security, If she doesn\u2019t need him financially, If she is emotionally stable on her own, If she can build, decide, leave, and rebuild, alone,<\/p>\n what is his position?<\/p>\n Not above. Not necessary. Not obvious anymore.<\/p>\n And that\u2019s the part no one really talks about.<\/p>\n Because it\u2019s not loud.<\/p>\n It\u2019s not a revolution in the streets.<\/p>\n It\u2019s quiet.<\/p>\n It\u2019s happening in everyday life.<\/p>\n In salaries. Men feel it.<\/p>\n Of course they do.<\/p>\n You see it in hesitation. Like something is shifting,\u00a0 No drama. No war. Just evolution.<\/p>\n Women didn\u2019t just ask for a place.<\/p>\n They started building lives where they don\u2019t need permission anymore.<\/p>\n And men, men are no longer defined by being needed.<\/p>\n Which changes everything.<\/p>\n Because now:<\/p>\n She doesn\u2019t stay because she has to.
