DISCOVERING THE TRUTH BENEATH EVERY LAYER
The DARK SIDE of the ONION
Let your medness shine!
In the end, one experiences only oneself.
The noble art of peeling Bulshit-free, I primise
Know Yourself — aka Peel Your Onion
When I look at myself, I see layers—some hidden, some forming, some ripening.
I am an onion, shaped by life: my traumas, desires, ideas, fears, relationships.
At 34, some layers began to rot, and of course, they spread to the others.
That’s how I ended up having to peel this big onion that was… me.
To find the toxic layer destroying everything, I went on a journey to discover who I really am.
Spoiler alert: it’s been (and still is) the best experience of my life.
My blog is for anyone who feels some layers are poisoning them and need attention—gently but firmly.
Welcome to the space where we strip down to be reborn—with style.
When Life Hits You in a Gang-Bang
Here we are—hello, mom! (I told you not to read this.)
Yes, I love metaphors. I promise relevance, not poetry.
Lesson at 36: the truth catches up with you—and rarely gently.
You can hide, look away, avoid the mirror… but it only hurts more in the end.
I dodged it for three decades. When I finally woke up, it felt like life hit me in a gang-bang—relentless, shocking, impossible to ignore.
Like the Titanic crew facing the iceberg. Or a rabbit frozen in headlights. That was me.
I survived just in time—the ship turned at the last second.
Yes, it was hell. But was it worth it? Absolutely. Today, I’m free—and freedom is priceless.
Finding the Sparkle in Every Layer
Peeling your onion is an inner adventure—to find what drives you, what makes you shine, and what poisons your life.
Recognize the toxic layers, remove them, and nurture the ones that make you strong.
Nobody is better at being you than you. The only condition? Know who that is and stay in character.
You become sparkling when you clear out the toxicity and strengthen what supports you.
The goal isn’t perfection—it’s living fully, beautifully, truthfully, joyfully.
Love and freedom are the wild beasts to tame—they are already inside you.
The real work is meeting the person behind your layers—the one who wants to step into the sun.
Your light is not for others. It’s for you. That light is you.
